I knew Bush & Crew didn't respect *our* national wildlife, but now he's willing to kill the whole worlds. If this is how we treat our "allies" no wonder there is such a mess with enemies.

*sigh* I'm so embarrassed. I hope Bush foots the bill for the repairs, but it sounds like the old trees and heirloom plants that were damaged are irreplaceable. It would be just like Bush to offer a little sapling to repay the destruction of a huge old tree.:(

Sounds to me like the fault lies with the Secret Service for sloppiness and the administration's protocol officers for negligence. They are the ones who are supposed to keep track of things like not stepping on cultural toes or trashing the local flora&fauna.

Not to imply that Bush could do anything right, but not sure that here he can be blamed for doing anything wrong.
