paint exposure?

I just found out I am pregnant, but I am a bit worried because we had our family room painted before I knew...and although we aired it out, I was around the fumes. Plus, it has been cold, so we didn't air it out really good. What's the latest on paint exposure? I just want the baby to be fine.
