what do i need to make a fitted diaper thats going to be worn under a woolen soaker.

for new baby i am going to be using some prefolds, and make some fitteds and soakers. i just cant remember what fabrics are good ones.

Hmm. Well flannel is good for the inner, or old t-shirts, anything absorbent. I think the outer can be just about anything washable. I've seen people use denim, but that seems like it would be really slow drying. Are you using prefolds for the soaker? You can also use old towels/terry cloth. Wash used materials first with a squirt of Dawn, or so I've been told. That strips the oily build-up. Have fun!! Are you using a pattern or winging it?

Anything Cotton, Bamboo or Hemp. Stretchy is good, think sweatshirt fleece, tshirt knit or terry cloth. :)
