I just mad dd a great smoothie. It is about 4 tbs vanilla coconut yogurt, and about 1/4 cup rice milk, a few frozen blueberries, about a tbs of pureed papaya (we use the baby food kind) 1 tsp flax oil, 1 tsp coconut oil, 1 capsule of probiotics, (i added magnesium to our as well). you could also add raw honey....or use raw milk ingredients.

DD LOVED it! that was alot easier to get her to drink a fruit smoothie than try to get her to take her vitamins and supplement all separate!

I also put carrot juice in mine to add a little vegetable in there. It's sweet too so I don't add any sweetener to ours. I also stick spinach in there sometime.

I've used frozen mango and frozen peaches in our smoothies...great idea to put the probiotic in. I've also used Udo's 3-6-9 oil in our smoothies...cant even taste it.
