I'm not good with NFP, I'll just be honest with you.
Condoms have a tendency to break with us ;) , plus I'm sensitive to the lubricants and latex.
I tried the diaphram, and I had serious issues with the foam/jelly AND the material the diaphram is made from.
They don't put in IUDs or Norplant here.
I'm breastfeeding, but I'm fertile now.

I'm on depo right now. I know, I know... I don't like the idea of depo, either. I felt I had no choice, since I REALLY don't want to get pregnant while going to school, and feasibly, I can't take care of another child!

It looks like the pill is my only option. My dh's talking about getting "fixed". I will not get my tubes tied.

Are there any other options I haven't mentioned that may be a possibility?

there are 2 hormonal options that you did not mention.
nuvaring -- which is a circle that sits inside your vagina and releases hormones for 3 weeks, then you remove it and bleed and reinsert a new ring.
and the birth control patch, i can't recall the brand name.
you should be able to google "birth control patch" and find the official site.
the ring is www.nuvaring.com

Actually, since you're breastfeeding, you probably shouldn't use either nuvaring or the patch, since they both can interfere with your milk supply, similar to combination bcp. Your best bet is probably the minipill.

And I totally sympathize with the latex/spermicide sensitivity... sucks, don't it? Have you tried polyurethane condoms? They make both male and female versions, although personally I wouldn't recommend the female one. They're a bit pricey, but worth not having the latex reaction, especially if you don't want to deal with hormonal birth control. Trojan makes one (Supra) that has the spermicide, and Durex Avanti is non-spermicide lubricated.

Hope this helps... good luck!

I second the minipill if you have to use a hormonal method.

Also, there are lots of different kinds of condoms out there. You could even check on the companies' websites.

And you do know that depo can affect your milk supply too, like the combo pills do.
