View Full Version : Down the road, after pulpotomy, is it hard for the baby teeth to fall out?

I only ask bc DS has had one knocked out, one abscess recently and need to be pulled (it was ready to fall out soon anyway), and now another that needs to be pulled bc the adult tooth is coming in behind it and the tooth is just loosening. He has one more tooth that has had a pulpotomy in front and I almost wonder if she should just take that one out while he is there. I really can't wait for these teeth to be gone and real ones in their place. When these baby teeth fall out, they are long with an attached 'root' since it can't dissolve like a normal tooth....the root area has been filled. I wonder if this is the reason we don't have them falling out properly. Thanks!
