Help. Regardless of what we do my DD 29 months will not go back until 2:30am or 3am. Last month my partner and I caught the flu and I honestly think lack of sleep contributed to the long healing period. Is this just whining or blaming? Other posters, please be gentle with me. My DD goes to bed late and wakes up late, then has a late nap 6 or 7pm. Or yesterday her nap was earlier and it was for 3 hours. She is as one poster said before a snack and snooze napper so I can't detach her. We have tried waking her up in the morning, really active days, trying to stop the nap, "routines" and we always come back to this. I'm sorry I'm whining I just miss sleep. Actually I'm up at 8am today because my DH stayed up with DD and woke me up with a cup of coffee but I don't think he should be doing it either. Any suggestions?
