No need to type out recipes - just throw me ideas and I will request which one I want in full. :o
Here's the deal. My mom's office is having a baby shower for a mama who has Celiac and my mom wants to make a really delicious GF entree (to be served potluck style) that will be safe for the new mama. So....keeping in mind my mom does not have McCormick spices and perhaps other specialty things like that (i.e. she will not be making GF muffins or anything, to accompany her contribution to this meal) please help me give her a really yummy and special type of meal to prepare. Thanks so much.
BTW - sorry I've been totally absent lately. Been painting the house and just on MDC overload even though I am frequently reading through. Hope everyone is doing okay!!!
