not getting PM's that have been sent

hi there. I was PMed 4 times by another member, but only recieved 2 PMs . It says i have 4 messages in my inbox, but when i go there, there is only 2 . Can any of the moderators help me?

It counts all of your messages, including the ones in your Sent box. You might want to take a look at this thread to see the what and where:
