anyone else's smilies not working?

they show up but they are not animated..like the splat one..just shows up as a smiley face..doesnt 'splat' kwim?

Sometimes they will stick on a page for whatever reason, but when I jump to a new page, they work again, or if I click refresh. :shrug Who knows. :)
