My husband's company is having a retreat of sorts for top performers so he "won" a trip to Hawaii. Wives are paid for, as well, but I wasn't going without DD, so we're going to pay her way and go as a family. There are 3 events the company sponsors, but I am thinking I'll only attend 1 (feel like I need to put in an appearance). Children are not welcome at events.

Is there any way anyone can think of that I could find a good babysitter for my DD (3 years) for that event? The hotels offer babysitting recommendations, I think, but I'm not sure how I feel about that. I can't exactly remember, but I think our hotel is in Lahaina.

Thanks for any ideas!!

Carol

Hi there!

I live in Maui. Have you taken your trip yet? If not, I might be able to help you out. There is a good company called the Nanny Connection on Maui that I use sometimes. I actually have one of the nannies here today for a few hours. Her name is Lucy and my DD just loves her so far. They are playing in the living room and having a great time.

Let me know if I can be of more help!

Or you can send me a ticket to Maui and our DD's can have a playdate! ;)
