Well, she DID post that anyone could do a search for her name, Hilary *last name*, on the web to get her articles.

None of the articles on Whale-to can be construed as ongoing "advice", or suggesting any specific course of action, relating to a specifically discussed on-going case.

Were that the case, they would not be there.

Neither is Whale-to interactive, therefore cannot be interpretted by anyone in "authority" as anything other than a "take it, or leave it" informational source.

I've been gone for awhile...off the boards. My vaccine injured child has been taking up much of my time. I'm sad to hear that Hilary is gone. Can someone PM me and fill me in???
