Isn't baking soda supposed to be a natural whitener? I think I heard that some where. I know when we run out of toothpaste around here we brush with it!

I've also heard that strawberries whiten teeth...... as far as how you go about doing that.. well, your guess is as good as mine:confused:

after you get them cleaned, steer clear of Chocolate, Tea, Prunes....basically anything dark.

I have no idea about natural tooth whiteners, but my sister has been using those Crest Whitestrips and they have made an amazing difference. I couldn't believe the difference in her teeth in a really short time - and her teeth never looked dingy to me to begin with. I was planning to look at the ingredients, but I'm pretty sure they won't be considered even remotely "natural".

The crest strips are outrageously expensive!
Lets all admit that the money is worth spending and the unnatural ingrediants can be overlooked when the end result is a kicka** smile!!!
