Maybe not the best place to post this, but it feels like home here as I've been ttc for 2 1/2 years (and been on this board the whole time).
We did our first IVF cycle in February - March 2 I found out I was pregnant! Imagine my excitement after so long!
We went in for two ultrasounds over the past week, and our baby is dead. I am now waiting for the miscarriage to come. I thought those of you who have been with me here from the beginning might like to know.
Best baby wishes to all of you.
Kelly

Dear Kelly I just wanted to tell you how very sorry I am. I've had two successful IVFs but have lost both babies, one just a few weeks ago and the first I had to bury. :crying It's very sad and very hard. Just take one day at a time, that's all you can do. We don't know why these things happen but I have to believe there's a good reason from up above.
With love

I am so sorry for your loss. I am thinking of you and mourning your loss. If you are looking for support material, you might look at www.centering.org which has some lovely grief materials for infant loss. When my first pregnancy (4th IUI cycle) turned out to be ectopic, I found some of the books on miscarriage very comforting.
Take care,
Amy

Oh Kelly, That sucks!
Yes everyone who knows you here wants to support you anyway we can. Feel free also to join the wise ladies on the Pregnancy loss board.
I'm on my second loss and I know their is a special pain for losing a baby you've worked so hard to get.

Thanks Everyone.
I am doing much better now that the miscarriage is over. Of course, the loss is still raw. I had to hide everything "baby" that we had accumulated in the short time we were pregnant. But I am looking ahead again. We will be trying IVF #2 this coming cycle.
