I am having some serious energy problems. I am exhausted all the time... I have been getting about 10 hours of sleep at night- which is pretty normal for me. I've been eating really well... making sure that I'm hydrated and everything. But I feel like I'm walking around in a fog. :(
Anyone have some ideas on what might help?

I felt like that all winter, but now that it is getting nice, spending time outside has done wonders. All I needed was some sun.
Other than that I can only suggust talking to a doctor. It could be depression brought on by all those hormones. It's very common in pregnancy and there are so many different ways you could get help for it (if that's what it is).

I also meant to add that I hope you feel better. :)

I've found that I really *need* to get out and excercise some at least every other day if not every day.
Usually just taking a fairly brisk walk while pushing the stroller is enough for me - an hour or so of that and I feel like a new person. Add an hour at the playground trying to keep up with my 19-month old, you've got a full day's worth of aerobic activity there !
I have to admit though - when I really feel sluggish, I head for the caffeine :(

Rainbow Light makes a supplement called Prenatal Energizer, mostly just some greens. I took it during the first couple of months when I really needed it, and it seemed to work somewhat. Also Yerba Mate tea is doing some wonders for me... Good luck.

I am feeling the exact same way. I did a lot of things on Monday and ever since then I've felt like I was run over a truck! I have been making points to lay down throughout the day but it is hard to rest with 3 kids.
I agree that exercise or atleast getting out for a walk will help. The weather here has been miserable.
