So they have a "good locate" on Caleb's father. Whatever that means.
I want ANSWERS!
From what they say he could avoid this FOREVER (which I am aware of), but at what point are they going to ORDER him to show up for court or a paternity test? Can't he go to JAIL for being a dead beat dad? When do we get to that point??!?!!
So almost 9 months later they know where he lives, and it'll take WHO KNOWS how long to get him in for a Paternity Test, and for what ever step is next...

BUT! I bet if I went on welfare, they would fight fight fight to get him in there so that I'm off state assistance!
