Is there a pattern or just some general instructions about how to make wetbags? It's probably really easy but I'm a total beginner sewer. I have this PUL and nothing to use it for... I want to do something like Happy Tushies.

I don't know what Happy Tushies are like. I plan on just cutting two rectangles, sewing together on three sides, then making a casing all around the top for a drawstring. I'm a little scared of zippers.

I always fold and then I only have to sew 2 sides! :) and then I make a casing on the top. If you have a bag that you can look at I always find that helpful.
