Our hs group is meeting at my house next week. We had planned on kite making (we are going to the beach the following week) but the company I had ordered the kite making kits from has gone out of business.
Any other ideas? We will have about 10 children, ages 2-8.
Thanks!

Felting is one that all of the kids that age can do and enjoy. Also rolling beeswax candles.

You can find a lot of multi-aged cut-and-paste type crafts (and otehr things) over at www.makingfriends.com

Why not still make kites - I did a simple search online and have found the following sites online as well as I know there is a paperbag kit in the Cub Scout Bear book. It may not be as polished as what you had in mind but doable

Just a thought.
