Hey all! I use natural medicine for my son but most of my information I've gotten off the internet or the people at the natural health food store. I'd like to have a couple books on hand to help me but don't know how to choose. I have recently order How To Raise a Healthy Child in Spite of Your Doctor but I want a good book specifically about herbal and homeopathic remedies for children. Are there any good ones you recommend? Thanks!

Hi! The book we use is Smart Medicine for a Healthier Child by Zand, Walton and Rountree is very good and it gives you homeopathic, allopathic, herbal, accupressure and bach flower remedies treatments for a lot of things, I feel it covers a lot and although we have some other books, this is the one I have used the most (even for dh & me!)

Here are some that I have (but i definately would like to get more)-
"Keeping Your Child Healthy w/ Chinese Medicine" by Bob Flaws
and "Your Healthy Child" by Alice Duncan and "Natures Children" - the book is w/ a friend, I can't remember the author. Another book I have that covers herbs and diet for both adults and children is "Natural healing With Herbs" by Humbart Santillo B.S. It's a good book.
