I am wondering what others have done to prepare for conceiving after a loss.

I have worked hard to find the right supplements and investigate herbs. Other than that most of my attention has centered on emotional nurturing. I am just now thinking about going to a medical doctor (I have never been a fan of traditional medicine). I am curious about what kind of tests may be worthwhile and what ones are pointless.

What kinds of things have you done to prepare for pregnancy after loss?

:hug to all of you who need one.

Yoga was very helpful to me. It helped me relax and come in-tune with my body. I did drink a lot of Red Rasberry Leaf tea as it strengthens the uteros and helps keep you hydrated.

I think just maintaining a healthy diet and a moderate amount of activity can help you prepair for a subsequent pregnancy.

Unless you know there's a problem to look out for in a subsequent pregnancy, there's no special tests you'd probably want. If you have suffered from pregnancy induced nausea before, you might want to try a pre-pregnancy liver cleanse. Good luck-
