Well ladies, it's hard to believe, but 3 months have passed since my m/c and we're gearing up for take 2 :)
I'm excited and feeling good about it. Really hope that I can maintain this even keel when pregnancy hormones kick in (knock on wood!).
Had a progesterone test done my last cycle and it came back 16.9 on day 21. My doc still wants to supplement with progesterone, which sounds ok to me. We did an ultrasound a week and a half ago because my uterus was still measuring at 8 weeks 1 month post D&C. Turns out there's one 1cm fibroid and otherwise it appears that my uterus is just large due to its post-surgical configuration. I am a bit bummed that there's a return fibroid less than a year after my surgery - but I am also relieved it's so small, compared to one that was 10cm when I had my surgery, 1cm is pleasantly small and hopefully shrinkable!
I'm wondering if I'll be lucky enough to get pregnant as quickly as last time. Mostly I'm working on just surrendering to the process and accepting my lack of control. Breathe in, breathe out :D
