Everyone is driving me NUTS!

Ok there is the story I am about 7 days from my offical due date. NO big deal. I have had 3 kids already, non have been "on time", but I have yet to have to be induced. I feel really good, occational BH contractions. Baby is all over the place. I feel good about 75% of the time (It is hot here and I feel as big as a house. LOL)
BUT everyone is like on me to have this freaking baby. Like I am somehow keeping it inside. My mom is saying stuff bad about my midwife wanting to know why they aren't doing vag exams (like somehow that will help). Other family members are thinking I got the "due date" wrong (HELLO I am not late yet). Dh, goddesss love him, is about to drive me nuts any time I moan or say ouch he is like "are you having a contraction?" I wanna scream. Like I would hide any of this from anyone. I mean honestly I was kinda hoping this one might just make an early apperance for my sake (it is so HOT! boohoo for me!).
I just gotta whine! :) ;)

Everyone around me is doing the exact same thing, it's really friggin annoying :LOL

This is my first and I'm a week "past due" and people on my DF's side of the family look at me in horror when I tell them I'm not having internals ("but how do you know how far dilated you are? You NEED to know that!") and wonder what I'll do if the baby is late (um, wait longer?). If we don't talk to his mom daily she calls to make sure I haven't gone in labor and forgotten to call her (yeah, like he'd do that to his mom) and of course I keep getting those "when are you going to have that baby" comments... like we have complete control over when our babies are going to be born... Luckily my mom and DF know how much this irritates me and try not to ask since they know I'll tell them if anything is happening. For a while DF would ask daily if I'd lost my mucous plug yet, but after about a week he goes "I"m going to stop asking, cause I'm sure it's annoying and I know you'll tell me if it happens" :love

It's so hard to not snap back at some of the questions and comments people make... I guess we just have to remember that they mean well and therefore we'll feel bad when we're dragging the tarp to the lake... (that's a JOKE!!! lol)
