OK, so I have (cross my fingers) not yet expereinced any MS, but my breasts feel like they're overinflated and about to explode! I've gone up a cup size in two weeks and I don't think they've stopped growing yet. My shirts don't even fit right.
Someone has told me that lining my bra with cabbage would help but, knowing me, a leaf would fall out at work or something so I don't think I'm going to try it.
Any suggestions?

I had heard that well chilled cabbage leaves work well for discomfort in nursing, but since they should be cold, you would have to replace them anyway. I stuck a cold press in a towel and laid it on my chest. I also tried towels that I microwaved. You can find these breast soothers now called soothies, that are a stick on gel substance. They have a cooling effect, the hospital gave me a pair, and later I found a pair at a baby boutique they are called "Soothies". I also heard Gerber was coming out with a version, too, but I don't know how well they work.

cabbage leaves will dry up your milk. It's a remedy for mastitis, but only carefully applied.
