I was just wondering if anyone here has felt the baby move yet.

I have no idea what it feels like, so I don't know! I've joked about it a couple of times b/c I've felt funny things there and it's not gas :LOL I'm 12 weeks :)

I've heard and read that it's impossible to feel the baby move before your 16th week, but I swear this baby moves already, and I'm only 11 weeks and 4 days. I've also had a lot of gas bubbles swirling around in there, but last night when I was lounging on the couch before bed I thought I felt definate baby flutters.

I am having DEFINITE butterfly-in-a-baggie feelings and this is TOTALLY different from the gas bubbles.

I have had a phantom baby ever since DS was born 2 years ago. I was so happy to feel him move all the time that I just kept him there...lol. The butterfly-in-a-baggie feelings are also totally different from my phantom baby.

This started on Wednesday evening... so 11w 1d.

I have felt flutters also. It is so cool to feel. I think that I have felt it probably 5-6 times. My Doc told me that when it is your second time you always feel it sooner.

Oh my gosh I am in total shock right now to read someone else describing this. After dd and ds were born, I would feel little early baby flutters - unlike anything I'd ever felt before pregnancy - every so often. I've started feeling that again now, and a little part of me, even though I know it's probably just silliness, feels content knowing that the little baby soul inside of me found a baby body to be in! :blush

OK, now to up the creep factor, around 6-7 weeks in my last pregnancy, I had a little spotting and my OB said it could be vanishing twin syndrome (i.e., that somehow I'd naturally conceived triplets :bigeyes but then one had resorbed leaving me with twins). A little part of me likes to think if that is true, then that baby gets its chance this time. Again big :blush but it feels good to at least write it out -- I've never even mentioned it to dh!

ANYWAY... back OT... yes, I think I am feeling the baby. :D

Just as I was reading the thread title, I felt a little poke in the side of my uterus. But I'm only 10 weeks, and it was a very strong poke, so I think it was probably gas.
I have felt movement as early as 15 weeks, though.

I haven't felt anything yet. Every time I *think* that I do I feel gas a few minutes later, so I'm pretty sure that's what it is. Last time I didn't feel anything until 16 or 17 weeks, so even though this is my 3rd pregnancy I'm assuming it'll take that long again. Maybe my uterus is too stretched out from the twins so I can't feel anything until the baby is pretty big. :LOL

I felt another flutter yesterday! It definitely wasn't gas. I was lying in bed and rolled to my left side, and my belly was on the bed. It felt like a butterfly for over a minute, then stopped. So cool if that's really the baby! LOL

I'm jealous, I haven't felt anything yet :( When my doctor did a bedside U/S after not being able to find the little one with the doppler she asked if I had felt anything yet because of how active he seemed, but nope :(

I have a VERY active baby today!

it's hard to believe I am only 13.5 weeks with all this movement.

You know, I've felt some funny pokes and bumps here and there but I couldn't be sure it was the baby. I haven't had gas pains too much but you never nkow I guess. No butterfly feelings really but then again, I'm 12 weeks, 4 days so I still have time I guess. Might be the baby, might be weird gas bubbles. Even if I felt it, I wouldn't say anything because dh would be constantly with me trying to feel the baby. I like some space every now and then! :love

Yep, I've definitely felt some movement. Last time I was at the ob he had trouble listening for the heartbeat because the kiddo was moving around so much! It was kind of neat because I could feel it and have it confirmed that I was feeling movement :love

I haven't felt the baby move yet. With DD I felt her for the first time at 20 weeks. The same day I had my U/S saying that she was a girl on the ride back home. She was a very mellow baby and never very entertaioning to the outside world. I'm hopeing to have another calm little one, even if it means that I don't feel movement until 20 weeks. :innocent

Yep I've been feeling it for a couple weeks now. Started out with just the fluttering but they are getting more frequent and more obvious now.

LOVE IT!!!!!!!!

I've felt some flutters but nothing like obvious kicks or anything. And nothing anyone else can feel or see yet
