I have to admit my nausea is wearing off.My energy is still a problem but i can finally eat(just don't mention red meat )and feel good afterwards.
I am 10 weeks today so 2 more until the second trimester.I have to admit i am looking forward to the third trimester and the nesting stage so i can get some things organized in my house.

10 weeks? Makes sense you're feeling better. Congrats!!
I am 8 1/2 weeks, and I am looking forward to the end of this trimester - I hope the nausea and vomitting wear off by then, too

well....I'm feeling better than I did with my first two pg but I"m still vomitting daily. It's not as intense as it was so I'm hoping it will wear itself out soon. Haven't done the tired thing really, just can't get motivated (which is pretty much normal).

That's weird, I remember 10 weeks as being the peak of awfulness with my last pregnancy. I'm 9 weeks but feeling terrible and not expecting to feel better until 13 weeks or so.

So, so envious.....my MS always goes on for months. At the end of the first trimester, I'm just really getting into the full swing of always keeping a baggie nearby just in case. :-( Send some feel good vibes my way, would you???

Ooh, I wish. Mine really started hitting full force last week, and with dd, I had the Nausea Fairy with me until 20 weeks. I'm completely exhausted, too. I know part of it was the stress I had over the weekend (dd's birthday party with my relatives, dh's relatives, uninvited guests...) but as it gets farther into the week I can't use that as an excuse any more, lol! At least the nausea I can attempt to do something about... being exhausted, there's not so much I can do.

speaking from my last pg, I started getting sick at 10 wks!! But the sleepies kicked in with him around 4 wks.
I'm still very tired right now, but can't sleep...I guess you can't either Raven!

I haven't yet...I used to spend most of my time over on the cloth diapering board, and I'd watch the CA get-togethers with interest. I have even considering hosting one, just to get one going close! So, I haven't done any of the play groups, but it sounds very interesting, especially once my oldest heads back to school.

I am 8 weeks and the last 2 days have been better... should I knock on wood??? I even ate chips and salsa the last 2 days- But, I still have that underline nasty feeling, however the boobs are feeling a bit better so I am not ready to wean Rainey just yet- Last week I was almost in tears nursing her. I cant wait for the second tri either, I hate this phase of pregnanacy- But how fast we forget about this and start dreaming of more babies. I keep thinking maybe I dont really want to do this 2 more times, but then I look at Rainey and think, I want to do this a billion more times. HORMONES! Well it is DPs birthday and he is waiting for me :) Must run!

It just hit me at 10 weeks! The worst is the smell of meat cooking (I made a Persian ground lamb dish last week, the smell of which made me VIOLENTLY ill). I can eat the meat, I just can't smell it cooking (which is too bad as it's my housekeeper's week off :D ).
I'm trying to eat leftovers from the night before right when I get home from work and then fix dinner. That seems to help.

Yaaaaaaay for you! I am 10 weeks (by the LMP counting definition) and :Puke (Hope that image didn't set anyone off. I nearly lost my breakfast at the sight of a little hair in the shower drain this morning...)

I'm only 7 weeks, but the little bit of nausea I had seems to be subsiding. It's been replaced by the sleepies. :zzz

I am 7 weeks and it seems the nausea is lifting! I am still lacking in the energy department but it is NOTHING compared to the past 3 weeks. But like you Raven, please don't mention red meat! I am ok with chicken, shrimp, and lots of fresh raw veggies.
I am beginning to suspect my nausea was made worse by B6. When I was taking it I was sick all the time and sooooooo tired I couldn't get out of bed. Since I stopped taking it my nausea has just about disappeared and I am able to spend most of the day out of bed now. Very very weird!
Nooooooo! I've never been so sick in my life, and I can't believe it's only 8 1/2 weeks. I've been incapacitated every other day with tons of vomiting and absolute exhaustion. It's awful, and I almost forget I'm pg because this takes over so much. I had this for 5 months with Ds though not this bad, but I hear it can get worse with each pregnancy. Yikes. I can't take much more. trying acupuncture tomorrow. Something's gotta shift cos we're flying to the US for two weeks on Thursday.

I don't know about MS getting worse with each pregnancy. Maybe it is old wive's tale, but I felt awful when I expecting DD, and not bad at all with both DSs. The same happened to my sister and everyone I know - it may be silly... but I hope all this MS I am having means I am having a girl now :LOL
I'd like a girl too and it'd be the only silver lining to all this MS but I had it pretty darn bad with Ds so I think it's a myth...sorry! maybe I'm just allergic to pregnancy :eyesroll

I was feeling better nausea wise this last week that I had a cold. But it's back worse then ever today. Woke me up at 5 am with horrid heartburn that I haven't felt since the end of ds's pg! And have been pukey all day. Fun fun, I still count myself lucky though. lol I'd be more surprised then ever if this isn't a girl. I was sick just like this with dd but not with ds.
