Hi everyone, I'm new. I'm due March 17th-- haven't had my first ultrasound yet, so that could change. This will be my very first baby and I can't wait!!
I'm a little worried about my morning sickness, or rather my lack of morning sickness. You all might want to shake me, but I don't have any sickness at all!! I'm a little scared. Does this mean that I have lower HcG levels??? Is it normal for some women to just not get sick? I'm eight weeks pregnant now and my first doctor's appointment went fine- Dr. says everything's perfect. But I'm getting really worried.
Anyone else NOT have morning sickness???

I didn't have any at all w/my first pregnancy .. None whatsoever. I didn't even KNOW I was pg until almost 4 mo. though *lol* Damned irregular periods. (I was having like 2-3 a year back then) The last two though, have been horrible. :( With youngest DD, I was never nauseous, just randomly puking .. Now this time I'm constantly nauseous, but never throw up. I almost wish I WOULD some days, because I'd feel better afterwards.

I haven't had any (although I do still feel that icky "I'm going to get my period tomorrow" feeling). Well, I didn't have any until I made some ground lamb koftas. I'm fine with eating lamb, but the smell of it cooking put me over the edge.
This is my first too and it also freaks me out a little that I don't have what must be the #1 early pregnancy symptom. I talked to my midwife and she basically told me to consider myself lucky.
Anyway, we aren't out of the ball park yet. I started feeling just a teensy bit quesy in week 10 (again, its just the smell of cooking meat).

Just because it's common, doesn't mean it's a given. Congrats to you both for not feeling sick, though I can understand the uncertainty.
According to my midwife, you must be getting all your protein!

I haven't been feeling sick either. I don't feel worried at all, just lucky! I understand about half of us don't get sick. I hope to keep the attitude of worrying is more harmful than helpful.
