I'm just wondering if I'm the only big mama here!!LOL! I didn't start showing and wearing maternity clothes till over 5 months with ds, and here I am at almost 4 and reaching for the maternity clothes this week. It totally sucks because I don't look pregnant, just fat, but today I just couldnt get into my kahki shorts and all of my shirts seem to short lately. So, I went to the "evil side" of the closet and am wearing a roomy shorts with a maternity top.....
Anyone else?????? I was so excited with ds to get into maternity clothes, but I am not so excited this time.....sigh.

I am definately in maternity clothes! I don't leave the house in anything but maternity pants, though I still wear my non preggo shirts out sometimes still.

I didn't think I needed maternity clothes yet, but a friend gave me a bag full Saturday so I wore them yesterday...oh my goodness!! I was so much more comfy in those. I really didn't realize how much difference it would make! So yep, I'm officially in maternity clothes now! I would like to go get a couple of pairs of pants that just have the band though, more of a transitional maternity, ya know?

I'm only wearing maternity shirts right now and I'm waiting as long as I can to get pants because they're soooo hard to find in my size! I just unbutton my pants and put the maternity shirt over it...viola...no one can tell...lol. A little OT - some of my friends come up to me and are rubbing the belly already and I just kind of laugh and think to myself...you are rubbing my guts, that's not a baby, that is the large amount of guts that have been pushed up and out of the way to make room for the uterus and baby...lol.

I'm in the fat looking stage, too :LOL I had to break out the mat. jeans a few weeks ago. I can still wear gym shorts around the house, but regular shorts w/ the rubberband on the button were just not cutting it. My shirts were getting too short, too. I am wearing the smaller of my mat. clothes for now.

I'm not quite into maternity clothes yet (I'm 11 weeks 1 day) but it won't be long. I am just reaching for the bigger of my clothes. I know what you mean about not being as excited to get into maternity clothes with your 2nd. With Chloe, I was in mat clothes way before I needed to be, but I got so tired of being in them near the end. :)

Not quite yet but I'm definitely uncomfortable in anything without an elastic waist. My mother just finished the first pair of mat pants she's making for me, they don't have the panel front, but instead have buttonhole elastic to gradually make them bigger as I go along, so I'm hoping those will be great for the transition and beyond. I'm just glad she's got them done, I have a business lunch to go to the end of next week and I don't think my sweats would look all that professional!

I'm in my smaller-sized maternity clothes AND I look pregnant (not just chubby) in anything that is even remotely fitted. I didn't start showing w/ DD until I was in my 2nd trimester. I've been showing with this one since about 10 weeks!

I can't believe this is JUST coming up. LOL
I broke out my maternity clothes 3 weeks ago. They are HUGE on my, but my normal jeans are all over the tummy (not low rise) so the pressure was just awful.
I am 14w today!

I broke out my maternity clothes about a month ago, my pants were hurting me and my shirts were short. Now I get a little depressed and I get my regular shorts with one of my husbands bootbands wraped throught the button hole and around the button with a maternity shirt. I can't believe I needed them soooo fast it is crazy. With ds when I was 6 months people didn't even know I was pregnant and I wore a size 13. So this is WAY different!

I've been in my maternity pants for 6 weeks now. And I dont look fat OR pregnant (I've actually lost weight, I think), I am just uncomfortable in jeans that cut into my middle. So I bought some of those cheap wide-elastic-band jean shorts & capris at Wal Mart to tide me over, and now I'm into my Motherhood jeans from last time....only I fold the waist down so the elastic is under my belly, and just wear a long t-shirt over it.
My one comfortable dress does make me look pregnant, though - if the wind blows at me, I've got the cute little round tummy thing goin'.
I need to dig out a stash of old jeans & start cutting them down for under-the-belly elastic. Not in the mood to sew right now, though.

Yep I'm either in maternity clothes or stretchy pants / skirts exclusively now!

I'm still not there... tho i did just go to target yesterday and bought Maternity bra's. they look like they should stretch pretty good for me, so i'm hoping they work for a couple of months. The last bra's i bought only lasted about 6 weeks, so went with the official preggo ones this time.
i do look like i'm getting a bit chubby, and darn it all, i want to look pregnant not chubby. *sigh*

I am not quite there yet, but I can't get into any of my regular jeans. I'm living in my little jumpsuit pants with elastic waists and usually tank tops. I have one pair of capri jeans that I borrowed that are stretch...those are only going to last probably another month or so. I am definitely in that "just looking fat" stage. :shrug

I am still wearing all my real clothes--in fact, I have lost a size from being sick all the time! I can still fit into my jeans and, more importantly, my underwear! I'm 16 weeks today and thought that I would surely be into maternity wear by now, but nope. I think probably in 3 or 4 weeks I will be. I'm overweight to start with, so maybe that makes a difference.

I just put my last 2 pairs of normal pants in the back of the closet. And they had elastic waists! I did make a very cute maternity top out of an old linen bridesmaid dress today :) . Now I just need mor ethan 3 pairs of pants that fit.

I've just been wearing all of my comfy clothes up until yesterday when I broke out the panel jeans and my cutest tops I wore last time (which is actually a really short nighty, but makes a cute maternity tank top). I only think my uterus is up to just under my belly button, but for some reason the top part of my tummy has been swollen for weeks (and gets hard as a rock after I eat), so I looked pregnant.
With my maternity duds on I found myself easily slipping back into waddling and standing with my hands on my lower back!

I've got maternity clothes now... and they do fit - and oh my are they comfy.... but so do my regular ones. So its kind of a matter of when i'm ready to put a neon light on my forehead at work that says "preggo lady". The people on my immediate team all know, but everyone else doesn't yet.
Oh, today is 16wks. This means month 5 starts tomorrow. holy cow.

I started wearing some smaller maternity around 13 weeks, and now (almost 16) I'm wearing only maternity. I definately am showing now. I didn't with my first until I was almost 20 weeks! Yesterday 2 people that didn't know asked me for the first time, "Are you expecting?" because I was wearing a kind of fitted maternity shirt. One of the other teachers that was standing nearby said, "No, she just had a really big lunch!" And we all laughed, because it was pretty obvious.
I'm so excited to be in maternity this time because of my generous friend who lent me a whole warddrobe, plus a great deal on the Trading Post that got me another bunch of cute clothes! Sooooo much better than the clothes I had last time!

Today you can count me in! I am still mostly in my regular clothes, but only 2 pairs of casual pants fit, and both were dirty, so this morning I pulled on my first pair of maternity pants!
They are sooooooooooooooooo comfortable! I don't know why I didn't do this sooner. :)

I'm still wearing regular clothes as all of maternity clothes are just massive on me! I'm definitely showing though as it's my third but could probably pass as just having a chubby belly! I'm wearing my 'fat' pants though-none of my regular pants fit anymore and I think I've *maybe* gained 2 lbs so far (I'll be 16 weeks on Monday) so it's not that! I can't wait to break out the maternity wardrobe and not look wierd in them--right now they just look ridiculous! I should be happy though as I'll be sick of those clothes in no time!
