View Full Version : Cast your predictions here!!!
When I was pregnant with my first, the nurse in our prenatal class had us all vote on what we thought we were going to have, how much they weighed, date, etc... and surprisingly I was very close, almost bang on. It was fun to see afterwards what we predicted and how close we all were. :)
So shall we play?
I predict...

You can always come back and change it (before your birth... ;) :D )
if some epiphany comes over you! :thumb

oh goodness. this is kind of funny. let's compare the prediction with what really happened. :LOL
i hope this doesn't jinx me!Hmm. It just might have! Yikes! :o
boyWRONG! :nana:
august 18WRONG! :nana:
1amActually, I was almost exactly right on here. The time of birth was recorded as 1:12am. :clap
7 pounds 10 ouncesI was off by 6 ounces - she was 8 pounds even.
head full of dark hairCorrect. But this was an easy guess after two previous babies with a head full of dark hair. :Sheepish:
in the upstairs bathtubOoh, spooky. Correct, and SO not on purpose. The pushing stage came upon me as an enormous surprise. Make that an ENORMOUS surprise. I was where I was and I sure as heck wasn't moving. And the pushing stage lasted approximately three pushes. Less than a minute, we think. So I just happened to spend the last, oh, 4 minutes of labor in that bathtub. :) :twothumbs
both older kids sleep through labor and birthingCorrect. Fabulous!! :bow
spouse and i will agree on a middle name by the time we have the bris. :)No bris, obviously, but we agreed on her middle NAMES when the Rabbi came over to help us with the naming ceremony, so I was right with this, sort of.
