I have had brutal heartburn this pg and the last few days it is mysteriously gone. I have lots o fpelvic pressure and having to pee, but no more than before. Could the baby have dropped with the only sign being less heartburn??? I look the same too as far as I can tell.

It totally could be. Believe it or not I never dropped with either of mine until I went into labor. I would have loved that less heartburn effect! I bet you dropped, sounds liek it even if you don't think you look like it.
