i Put apple cider vinegar (like a tbsp or two.) in some water and you can add honey to make it taste good. this has always helped with any nausea or upset stomach i get, esp. by eating too much! its helping me more than ginger ale right now because the ginger ale makes me more nauseous becuase its carbonated, and i'm so not used to carbonated stuff.
Jolly Ranchers, huh? that sounds good, i think i'll have to try that!
and olives, Raven. Is that a craving or a remedy? :lol
oh and jenn, one of mine SHOULD be exercise. why can't i get motivated???
