Weak bladder?

is there anything for a weak bladder? I need something cuz if I sneeze, forget it..I'm gonna pee.

I notice this happens to me when I have a particularly full bladder,if I sneeze, cough, its starts coming out!!! They also say, now's a great time to start practicing those Kegel's!!!

I'm embarrassed to admit that I have this problem now too and I've only had ONE other baby! :bag:

I'm right there with you! I have only had 1 so far and when I was pregnant and after, I had bladder issues. I have wet myself a few times but luckily it is usually at home where only me and DH know about it. But it is still embarassing!

I don't know how much the kegals help. I've been doing on and off since i was pg with ds (over 6 years ago) and now i still get a bit "wet" if my bladder is on the full side amd i sneeze or cough. The woman in my family tend to have weak bladders though. Even when I'm not pg I normally get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, I always have.
The best advise to advoid accidents, I've found, is to not let your bladder get full. Yeah its a pain, but its better than the alternitive
