Help Needed- Brookings SD

I have a friend of a friend- a 21 year old mom with a 1 month old- suffering PPD. What resources are available? She is struggling something awful, no family support. Please give me any ideas!!!

I'm sorry I can't really help, but I live in Watertown, SD which is why I wanted to respond to this thread. It's about 30-45min. from Brookings. I have a college friend in Brookings, but no mommy friends around here. I know there is a college in Brookings but that's about it.
