View Full Version : I have my babies in the summer at 2 pm!! LOL!

I realized recently that each time I've given birth it's been in the summertime (august and sept) and both at 2 pm.
Even my m/c happened in the summer (august) around 3ish in the afternoon.
Does this hold true for others? Time wise anyway?
Although.... I was induced for the actual live births. BUT, one labor was about 12 hours, the other 3.
I can't wait to NOT be induced. That to me is so exciting and wonderful to have your baby choose his birthday and time.

Both of my boys were born at night. 9:23 and 9:40pm. But one in May, one in Nov. And the second was induced and then a section, so who knows. I am so looking forward to having a home VBAC.

I have a 2:30pm and a 5:30pm and a February and April.

I once had a doctor tell me that babies are born at the same hour/minute that they were conceived. That's why he was always up all night!!

Karennn: What have you been doing at 2 in the afternoon?!!! Oh wait, I guess I know... :wink

LOL :) I'll be the first to admit creative scheduling in regards to baby making!
But I figured it had to do with when A Baby Story is on. I used to faithfully watch it. I'll never forget the very first time it was on lol! Now I watch it sometimes but it's to yell at the tv like it's a scary movie "DON'T GO INTO THAT HOSPITAL!!" LMAO!!!
I am fairly certain that it was on the tv both times I delivered, but both times I was certainly not watching tv.

Well, I'm only on my second, but this new baby has the exact same duedate that my daughter had (June 9th). So their birthdays will be very close.

My mother had the most interesting case of a "birth schedule" I've heard of. It was of course, completely unintentional, but check this out:

My sisters and I were all born 2 years apart, 2 months apart (April, June, and August), and all have 2's in our date of birth, in order from oldest to youngest (22nd, 20th, and 2nd). We were all born at either just after 2am, or 2pm. I always thought that was kind of neat.
