Tradtional Medicinals Echinacea tea --OK while pg?

Ds got me a bag of treats for our anniversary including a wide variety of organic cookies :)

Anyway, he included in the mix a box of Traditional Medicinals Organic Echniacea Plus (supports the Immune System). I don't know much about herbs and wonder if this is helpful, harmful, harmless....?

I just asked my midwife about this. She said echinacea is fine but golden seal IS NOT. If that's part of the "plus" bad idea.

there's no goldenseal in it that i know of .. echinacea, lemongrass and spearmint, iirc
