My dh and dd are about to shift our diets to vegetarian (w/ fish and egg) on our way to becoming vegan. Would appreciate any recipes that are island-relevant -- using our local produce, etc. We live on the Big Island. If there are interested people out there, maybe we can talk about putting together a HI veggie cookbook?! (as if we all don't have enough going on!) :-) Look forward to hearing from anyone on this -- would be happy to compile it and distribute from time to time to all interested.
