Hey Maine Mamas! We just found out we're expecting #2 at the end of April. Yeah!!! And while, it's still early, I've been starting to think about finding a midwife.
Calvin was born at the Ballard House, where we had a fantastic experience....especially for our first. (Chris was an amazing midwife!! I'm so sad she's gone! :() But we're feeling very confident and geared up for having a homebirth this time. And this time, we actually have a "home" to have a homebirth in! ;)
It's a small enough community that I've heard of many of the midwives, but I was wondering if any of you out there have had much experience with any of them? I'm thinking I'll start making calls in the next couple of weeks for "interviews".
