I'm not going to have a baby this summer. :*(

After everything we went through with the spotting and testing, I have an ectopic pregnancy. I had a d&c yesterday at the hospital and am being treated with Methotrexate for ectopic. Please pray that it works so I don't have to have surgery. :*(

Hi Brayg,
I'm so sorry for your news.

I pray right now that the Lord would protect you, avoid the need for surgery and guide you in your family planning efforts.

I hope you are feeling better soon...

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Please take care of yourself.

Could I ask a question, if it is not too painful for you? It's okay if you don't feel like talking right now. What were your symptoms with the ectopic? Spotting. Anything else?

Well, I guess I didn't feel any different, other than the spotting. But I didn't spot with my other two pregnancies, so it was strange for me. I did feel kind of a twinge-y feeling in my abdominal/uterine region that was also strange--it wasn't constant, just every now and again. Other than that, nothing really. I had all the normal signs of pregnancy as well...nausea, sore breasts, etc.

So sorry to hear of your loss. I lost one in April. It's very hard.
