Can someone point me to a website that has a sample, gluten-free menu?

I think dd1 may have a gluten problem, but would like to try a 3-4 day gluten-free diet before subjecting her to a doctor's visit.

I've found a ton of sites with gazillions of things to avoid, but can't seem to find what's okay. And none of them seem to offer menu suggestions.

A sample menu would help her dad who cares for the girls when I'm at work.

TIA!!!

I don't have an answer for you but we are gluten free and I use millet, quinoa, and rice products and make substitutions and experiment....buckwheat, too is gluten free.

the above web site is an online store. You can even right to them and they will mail you out a catolog. I just started the Gf/CF diet on my son.....and it's hard the first week, but then it gets easier. I find that I can only shop at a health food store and as for breads, I bought a bread machine and I make my own bread using rice flour, or soy flour. Anyway, if you go to the site above, you can browse there store and they have just about everything you can think of. I bought there brownie mix by Pamela....and it was really good. I think its made with rice, but you can't tell.
