Hey!

I have a question. I'm a little over 9 weeks PG with my second and my morning sickness seems to be getting better already. Last time around I thought it stayed bad till 12 weeks or so. It started earlier this time around, so maybe an early resolution is normal too.

I saw a heartbeat on ultrasound at 7 weeks- so I don't think a miscarriage is super likely. It just seems wrong.

Thanks for the advice and your shared experiences.

Jennifer

Don't worry, be happy! I would not worry every pregnancy is as different as the children themselves. If you feel good eat! 9 weeks (I've heard) is when some of the major hormones that make you sick start to taper off bc the baby is now using the formed placenta for all its nutrients. Before the placenta is formed and working we have so many hormones in our bodies its what makes us feel *morning sickness*.

Thanks- I just spoke to another mama who said she started to feel better at 9 weeks, too. so I guess it happens.

I feel like shouting from the rooftops! I still feel it, and cvertainly need to keep my diet limited, but boy it's nice to not feel terrible!

Don't worry!! ;) I think it's totally normal and actually quite common for ms to come and go on and, sometimes for longer periods, sometimes for short ones. For me, I had a huge relief at 9 weeks, came back around 16, and now it's kind of touch and go-- a morning or 2 per week, I feel so-so, but for the most part it is not bad at all.
Anyways, I wouldn't worry if I were you, your body is just adjusting. Enjoy your pg!
