ASPARTAME?? Is it bad while pregnant

I drink these crystal light powder drinks sometimes at work to get a sugar rush and I just noticed they have aspartame in them......Is aspartame harmful while pregnant?

Aspartame is bad for you anytime but particularly its dangerous while pregnant.

YES! Do not drink or eat. My sister in law is a food scientist and that is the only thing she mentioned to me NOT to consume while pregnant.

If you're drinking it for the sugar rush you sure won't get it from Aspartame! Stevia is a great alternative to sugar, you can buy it in health food stores, it is an herb but tastes very sweet, similar to the taste of aspartame, but not bad for you.
