my c-section scar is so itchy and tender

It is almost two years old and hasn't bothered me for ages. I guess as my tummy is starting to expand the skin is trying to stretch and can't? Anyone else have this? Is there anything I can do to make it less irritating? My underwear rub it and seem to make it worse (going commando is not an option :blush ).

Keep it REALLY salved up. What ever you are using for itch and stretch marks, really double and triple it up in this area. I am having EXTREME itch issues everywhere and my scar is no exception. Actually your undies may help in keeping all of the lotion/cream in place.
