Well, that sounds MUCH better! Looks like with thise, it makes it a crime to not register a birth, infant death, or stillbirth - you have to get the proper certificate within the specified time period, or there will be hell to pay ;)
Thank goodness MI gives you more time to file for the BC, though - I'd be in trouble if I only had 5 days to do so!
