Searching for AP-friendly sitter/day care in Flemington, NJ

I realize this is probably a long shot, but I am looking for someone who would be able to watch my 8 month old son for a few hours every other week in the Flemington/Lambertville, NJ area. It would be ideal if I could find someone interested in participating in a co-op situation -- I'll watch your child for a few hours, you can watch mine. I work part-time outside the home and have been bringing my son with me to the office. Now that's he's past the age of napping peacefully in the sling, its starting to get more difficult to get any work done. A few hours every other week or so would be a big help.

If anyone here knows anyone who may be interested, please let me know.

I just found your question, I am sorry that I am unable to help you out. I live in Flemington and work full-time. I do have a wonderful day care center that allows drop offs. If you want there info, I would be happy to give it to you. i use them for my kids.

Thank you! I would love the name of the day care center you use. What a relief to me -- I was so worried about finding someone who was recommended by an AP mom and who would do occasional drop-off care. I don't know any other moms in the area, so I had noone to ask.

I'm bad on Jersey geography, how close are you to Bricktown? My aunt is the original ap mama, her four kids (now in college) were all born at home, nursed til self weaned, sling riding, etc and she does in home day care.

She and my uncle are both licensed teachers for special needs kids.
