Ana - EDD some time between 11/13 and 11/16 depending on which method for calculating I use. Woo Hoo I may get out of having to cook Thanksgiving dinner. LOL

According to the traditional charts, I am due 11/15, based on O date. I had pretty regular cycles, O'd on day 14. But using the other method that takes into account whether it is a first child, etc, I am due 11/19. Hopefully my MW will go with the later date officially, so no one starts freaking out at 40w. Plus, I want to attend a friends wedding on Oct 19 (in CA, I'm in GA) so the later date puts me at 36w and able to fly for the wedding, assuming all is going well at that time.

Interesting. Kinda makes you wonder why so many women are being induced for postdates. Maybe if the Drs used a different method, then maybe these mamas wouldn't be pressured so much, so often! Not to mention, the Dr's wheel doesnt take cycle length into consideration either.

I'm Heather, and it's 28 days past conception... I am trying hard to focus on 'real' time my baby is in the making instead of LMP dating-- it is helping me keep quiet about being pregnant.

My EDD is November 11. If the baby is a week 'late' like my first, I will give birth on my wedding anniversary!

Well, that depends... based on different tables calculating anything from 37 -40 weeks as full term I may be due anywhere from October 19th to November 11th. And I want to bet that I will go even longer. :LOL
With #1 I was due 1/16 according to the charts and he wasn't born until 2/12. (42 weeks and 2 days!!!) I told dh that I don't want to count weeks and think about dates because they really set me up last time and contributed to a major post partum depression. :( He said that he'll keep track because he wants to know how accurate (or rather unaccurate) the due dates are for all our babies.
So... the baby will come when it is ready ;)

Hi there, I am due Nov 15th. Wasn't planning this event just yet, however the timing is OK since my OB is moving in November so i wont have to Dr. shop. However I told her I was spoiled last time with my LM and I don't want to go sitting in a waiting room for OB appts! She said maybe stretch out appts to every 3 instead of every 2 wks at the end. We happened to be out to lunch and she started questioning the girls on when we would try for #2 and I choked on my chips. She asked if I would have a home birth this time around (previous c/s). I said Okay if you are coming to it! I don't think there are any ob's giving consent for LM home vbacs in our area.

I'm due on November 30 with our third baby.

I'm really wanting another HBAC, but am having a little trouble finding a care provider that is willing to do a VBAC, let alone at home. :eyesroll Illinois is a very unfriendly VBAC state. It doesn't even seem to matter that I have already had one HBAC. Again: :eyesroll

Bex, a couple of ways to be sure:

1. Go here (http://www.fetalmedicine.ac.uk/gw/html/wheel.html)
2. Take the first day of your last period and add one calendar year. Then, subtract three months. Finally, add seven days to that, and that's your EDD.

Omg Bex, not only did we test positive on the same day, we ovulated the same day as well!! I just figured my edd is about 11/20 so I call it that, or I just say I'm having a baby "around Thanksgiving". Happy 6weeks pregnant day today! :love

Hi bec. I just saw your post. How neat is that? We are pregnant together again. YAY!!!! I hope this goes well for you. I am doing very well. The Dr. said everything looks good so far. I have another appointment on APril 12th with the perinatologist and then another appointment on April 25th with my OB. I will be closely monitored during this entire pregnancy. Hopefully in NOvember I will get to bring home a little one.

Dear Dreams in Digital and bec,
You guys are the best. This pregnancy is going to be the most prayed for baby ever I think. I love hearing that others think of Mary Rose too. That warms my heart like nothing else. SHe sure is a sweetie. SHe gave me a dream a few months ago that was the best. I dreamt that I was in the hospital and had given birth to another baby. I knew it was a different baby because she had a different name and everything. I was so proud of her and was showing her off to every one.
When I woke up, I just had this feeling of peace and happiness, like Mary Rose had given me the gift of telling me "It's ok momma, you are ready to have another baby now." And so I am. I have had peace, anticipation, excitement and joy in this pregnancy. OF course there is some nervousness and anxiety, but the overwhelming emotion is joyous anticipation.
Sorry, I guess I rambled on too much to just tell you guys how important your support and prayers have been to me these past 20 months. I don't think I could have made it through without you.

Hi, can I join you all? I'm due on November 29, but I was ten days late with my first, so I expect I'll really be giving birth sometime in December.

I've been lurking here occasionally, waiting until I felt more sure I was going to stay pregnant, but a couple of days ago I had an ultrasound that showed the baby had a good heart rate and was just the right size, so I'm starting to feel optimistic.
