does anyone else notice that when they move a lot or go to town and are out and about (basically not sitting) that their abdomen feels really heavy and stressed. I've been having this, but notice if I sit down for a while it goes away. Just want to make sure it's normal.

I feel like that, too, but I think its mostly gas/constipation from high progesterone levels.

That and your uterus and surrounding muscles going "HEY! There's something going on in here!" :LOL

I understand your feeling! When I vacume, shovel, or mop, after I feel like my uterus just did a workout. Not much action around here cuz the hus is back at work and working long overtime hours. So unfortunatly I would not know it that area. :eyesroll But, I just decided to take it easy and I try and listen to my body. If I feel odd I stop and rest! :shy
