I am having a rough day...
Just all around feeling down... about everything.
My grandma died today of cancer
Which is terribly sad to me.
I have to go to Easter Sunday and have nothing to wear- so I have to go shopping- and that is just no fun right now- KWIM? For one- we are broke- for two- I just feel dumpy....
And I am going to have a baby and a 2.5 year old with a husband out of town most of the time!
OH MY!
I am starting to feel VERY scared about being able to handle it all- when one already overwhelms me!?
Any words of wisdom from more experienced mamas?
I know this is just pg hormones talking- but WAH!!!
Need some hugs mamas!
Thanks in advance!
Emilie

I'm not a more experienced mama, but I am sorry you are having a rough day. Those hormones are a powerful force, not to mention when you are dealing with the loss of someone you love!

Hang in there. :hug

I'm sorry you're having a hard day. I understand about being overwhelmed about the idea of being alone with both kids. I was totally petrified of being by myself (especially at night time). Somehow, it all worked out. Now that my big girl is 4 and my other little girl is 15 months, it is getting easier. I think we have spent more countless hours cuddled up together in our big recliner with both of them passed out and not being able to move! :LOL

Hugs to you, and my advice would be to focus on one thing at a time right now. Let yourself grieve for your grandmother and don't think about what you will be doing when the new baby gets here. It will take care of itself when the time comes.

sorry to hear about your grandmother...:hug

i've been feeling icky, too...for no real reason other than i feel physically bad (nausea)...i just don't feel like doing anything and then i start feeling guilty for not keeping up with the shopping, dishes, cooking, etc.

plus, things at my work are stressful and we still don't know if we'll be moving out of state or not for DH's job...so it's all sort of overwhelming....

and, my 2 best girlfriends are out of town right now, so i don't have them to vent to. they really do help me put things in perspective....

so, yeah, another one checking in who can relate! Hang in there.
