This doesn't seem to be the busiest of boards at MDC, but I thought I would add a post here and try to meet some of you who at least share the same hemisphere!!!

I've left an intro post on that board, but guess I can repeat the bare bones: I'm a 30 y/o wife/mum/accidental superhero; I enjoy loads of stuff, but am currently enjoying the sound oof my 16 m/o dorta have a bit of a hissy fit - she wants some attention. So, back to work for me!

Looking forward to meeting you...

Add one more Aussie! Well, sorta anyway.. I'm an American living in Australia (brisbane) for the last 5 years now, which is long enough to at least get honorary Aussie status I think hehe! I'm Cari, married to Daim and mum to four boys (oldest 16 & 12 and in the US at the moment) and the youngest two are 3 and 15months (and driving me nuts this morning! lol) We live in the western burbs of Brisbane...anybody out this way? ;)

There's a Brisbane-based forum you might like and they have heaps of playgroups for AP/NP families.
