Hi, Nov Mamas! After being a week and 4 days late, I decided to take a pg test. I already knew I was pregnant, but I needed to see it, I guess. My last period was Feb 20, I conceived on March 7, and by my calculations I should have an EDD of Nov 27. I would be very surprised if I had the baby in Nov, though, as my other two were late.
I have two boys, ages 3 and 5. I am a doula and a breastfeeding counselor. I am a little sad I will have to put my doula work on hold towards the end of the pregnancy and with a newborn, but the idea of having a small baby around really makes me happy.
I am still nursing my 3 year old. My first was was 26 months when my second was born, and we tandem nursed for almost 2 years. I can't really see tandeming for that long this time, and maybe my guy will even wean, but I am not pressing it.
Anyway, just popped in!
