WOW, this site must be lucky! As soon as i posted on the infertility thread, i found out i was pg (two weeks later of course!) 4w2d as of today, and i get to see "the ob" on wed! LOL i get to tell him i already have my midwife reserved! There is a chance of twins, as we conceived on clomid.... :Sheepish: (the things you do for children.....) We aren't going to do ultrasounds, so guess we'll have to see in about......8 weeks! But my midwife is willing to do a twin birth, and we live close to the hospital, so, if that happens to be the case, then we are set! I AM SO HAPPY! After eight cycles of constant negative tests, i was so shocked to see the second little line! Hooray!
Thanks for letting me brag!

Yay! :champagne Congrats!!! :D
It's so great after trying so long!
(this one's a surprise... I think it's a hold over from all the TTC fever in the past though! :LOL)

Good luck!! I conceived my daughter on Clomid and I remember wondering about twins until we had the ultrasound done. Just a singleton in there, though!
Congrats!

Congrats, Jill!
I found out I was pregnant a few days after I volunteered to keep "The One Thread" over in TTC. There must be something lucky about this site! :D

I conceived on clomid, and was wondering if anyone knew when they will do an ultrasound to determine if it's twins? I want to get started with my midwife, but would like to know if it's multiples first. Anyone know? I heard you can see gestational sacs at 5 weeks...

I had an ultrasound at 8-9 weeks from my LMP to date the pregnancy (because the dr didn't believe my O date... the ultrasound matched my date). That is a really good time to have an ultrasound because you can see the little arms and legs flapping around, and you can get the entire baby in the picture. I think this time around I'm just going to do the 20 week ultrasound and no others (hopefully)
I know they can tell earlier than that though.
