I think in the first trimester I would wake up and go back to bed!!! :LOL
I napped for several weeks so no it's not too early ... go ahead enjoy your nap :wink

Veriditas,
Ahem, spoken by someone who clearly doesn't have kids yet. :LOL
My "alarm clock" goes off between 6 and 6:30 (yeah daylight savings!). This morning it was "I need my mommy." How can you say no to that?

Wendy, you have an office in an academic building. You are exhausted. Shut your door, and put your head down or lean back in your chair for 20 minutes. Seriously, you will feel so much better. At my old job when p/g with DS, I napped on the train on the way in and on the way home, and for 20 minutes in the afternoon. I've only had to do it once here, plus leave early once to go home and rest before DS got there!

LOL.
I actually shut my door, rolled up my sweatshirt and slept on the floor. I do feel better. :thumb
I've done that every day this week, but not as early as 10 am. I have work to do and Friday is the day of meetings-that-never-end.

I was teaching when I was pregnant with Julia and I would just curl up on the floor during my breaks and sleep. That was the only way I made it through the day!
I was complaining last night about how I don't remember being this tired this early when I was pregnant with Julia. DH said that was funny because I was working when I was pg with her and now I'm not. :LOL
Really, he knows how hard I work around here, especially having 2 two year olds around all day. I just thought it was really funny the way it came out of his mouth.

Jen, you can still get naps... the rules just change when you have a lil one. I took 2 naps today. 1 when DH was home and one when Cicely napped and I guiltlessly plugged Jude into the TV. Ok... well, I guess that was semi-guiltlessly... I still have qualms. But, hey, it's survival mode here!
